How should you prepare for getting a tattoo?

You should take proper rest just the night before, stay hydrated and bring any sugary drinks, take a shower, and have a good meal in the morning like chocolate and sweets. The rest of it will be handled by the professionals.

What is the aftercare process of getting the tattoos?
  • Remove the bandage after 1-4 hrs. Never re-wrap your tattoo.
  • You must follow the artist’s instructions and can stay for a couple of days on the skin.
  • You should remove it immediately if the skin becomes irritated, itchy, or swollen under the bandage.
  • Gently wash your tattoo with a non-chemical, non-scented, non-coloured, mild soap and leave uncovered with no cream.
  • Wash the tattoo and let it fully dry, and apply a little to give a shine to the skin, tattoo lotion or cream. You can repeat this daily for 10-14 days.
  • Do not pick or scratch at the tattoo even if it’s very itchy.
  • Stay out of pools, rivers, lakes, oceans, and all other bodies of water.
  • Avoid all dirty environments, or dusty areas, saunas, sun beds, make-up, cosmetic products, and pets for at least 2 weeks after the tattoo.

What are the most and least sensitive areas?

Most Painful Areas – The areas that come in direct contact with a bone are usually the most sensitive.  Like – the ribs, hands, feet and pelvis.  

Less Painful Spots – The areas protected by a muscle such as arms, shoulder, calf or thigh.
